Enigma nailed it!

#86 is a radiator cap / temperature gauge!

The "Moto-Meter" was common on cars in the early 1900's. This site has a ton of information:

OH! I read about these a while ago!

They are old navigation signals for airplanes before radios and whatnot. They would be illuminated so at nighttime you could check your heading. There would be a small tower next to it for someone to sit in. I'm not sure if the arrows pointed north or along a certain route tho..

Yep I got the same concept by looking at it . I think it's an arrow for pilots to navigate which way they should be going in the old ways because it's big , placed on deserted areas (in the places where radio communication wasn't possible) and it's on the ground (for somebody to look at it from above) . I think in the old days the lower modeled airplanes used to travel lower and could see them from that height . I think these arrows are more like air route to the pilots and I think these are directional arrows for the pilots to guide them to places in the old days .

What I think of it is a portion of a boat, or like what you said, the small part of a tank's turret.
But if you look at it closely, looks like it's supposed to be a toy fortress.

Alright, get the shock pads, we're gonna try this.

Clear! . . . Zapp!

Looks like it's still possible to resuscitate a thread, they seem not as fragile as humans...

I found a sweet picture for this game, as always, don't cheat by reverse image searching!

Looks like wires that have been decorated. But if I look at it Seija style, it looks like one of them weird looking air heaters.
